Check-in is possible from 4 PM.

Check-out is possible until 12 PM (noon).

This way, guests can still enjoy a relaxed extensive breakfast on their day of departure.

Prices

The price per room is for 2 persons including breakfast. Based on the experience that you cannot find peace and satisfaction in a one-night stay, bookings at Casa Victoria are based on a minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights.

Guest Policy

At Casa Victoria, we highly value the tranquility of our guests.Therefore, we maintain a policy that children are welcome from the age of 12 and up, unless you book the entire Casa.

Payment Terms

Casa Victoria will send a confirmation of the reservation by e-mail and requests a deposit of 50% of the total price, to be paid within 7 days after confirmation. The reservation at Casa Victoria is only final after payment of the deposit. Until the deposit has been paid, it is considered an option and both the guest and Casa Victoria can cancel the reservation. The agreement only comes into effect after payment of the deposit. The general terms and conditions of Casa Victoria will be attached to the confirmation. Payment of the deposit implies receipt of and agreement with the general terms and conditions. The remaining 50% of the total price must be paid to Casa Victoria before arrival. In case of late payment, Casa Victoria reserves the right to cancel the reservation. The cancellation costs remain due.

 

Cancellation by Guest

Due to unforeseen circumstances, you may need to modify or cancel your travel plans. Therefore, we would like to make the following agreements: 

Any modification or cancellation of the reservation must be communicated to Casa Victoria by e-mail. Amount due for complete cancellation:

• more than 30 days before the arrival date = 30% of the total price.

• between 30 and 7 days before the arrival date = 50% of the total price.

• less than 7 days before the arrival date = 100% of the total price.

Early departure by the guest, regardless of the reason, does not give rise to any refund, not even partial.

Cancellation by Casa Victoria

If Casa Victoria must cancel the stay due to circumstances, they will inform the guest by e-mail and, if possible, offer an alternative. If no alternative is possible, or if the guest does not accept the alternative, Casa Victoria will fully refund the amount already paid. The guest has no other right than to reclaim the amount already paid.

Liability

All risks related to a stay at Casa Victoria are at the expense of the guests. Casa Victoria is not liable for damage, personal injury, loss, or theft of any kind caused to the guests. Damage caused by guests to movable and immovable property in Casa Victoria must be reported immediately by the guests and must be compensated. In case of disputes, all (legal) costs are at the expense of the guest. Casa Victoria is not liable for damage resulting from natural forces, natural disasters, attacks, strikes, violence, or accidents.
